Key One Properties has multiple management options to suit landlords in the changing world of property management. 

Free Casual Letting Service with Pre Inspection.
This includes advertising your rental property online and on street, flexible viewing times, professional tenant vetting and recommendations on the best potential tenant. Marketing your rental property is crucial to obtaining that top quality tenant so a lot of effort is put into photos and descriptions of your property.  Once a tenant is selected we will arrange to meet with both you and the tenant to sign the tenancy agreement.
On handover of the keys, Key One will also complete a pre-inspection report for both the landlord and tenant to keep (the report is between 4-10 pages long and up to 100 photos are taken - depending on the size of the property).
 
Inspection Only Properties
This option is for owners who like managing their rental properties but don’t have the time for completing a routine inspection. Our reports are filled with details on each of the rooms and general comments on how your property is being looked after along with any tenant requests and maintenance recommendations.  The frequency of the inspections can be 3 monthly, 6 monthly or yearly and can be changed at any point.
 
Tenancy Tribunal Authority
This option is for owners who have managed their own properties but wish to get help with either making or attending a tenancy tribunal hearing.  Key One will help collate and itemize the data for presentation and help to optimize a landlords chances in a positive outcome (we cannot guarantee a tenancy tribunal outcome and this service is only on a case by case basis)  
 
Owner statements available online
Did you know that you can now access your owner statements online?
 
Our Landlord Online Portal gives you the ability to monitor your rental property. Instead of having to get in touch with your property manager during office hours, you can view, search and download the details you need, all from your own home or office computer.
